Two founders, and no departments.
You deal with the two of us directly. There is no department to transfer you to and no reference number to quote. The person who replies to you is the person who booked your travel.
Most of the work happens before you see anything. We check one request against several airlines, several routings, and both cash and points pricing, then discard nearly all of it. What we send you is a short list, with the price of each option and the trade-offs set out.
Flights
First and business class.
First class and business class are different products at very different prices, and we price them separately so you can see what the difference actually buys. On some aircraft the business cabin is excellent and first class is not worth the premium. We will tell you when that is the case.
What usually decides it is the aircraft. The seat you are actually sitting in depends on which plane the airline puts on the route that day, and it changes with the season. An airline's best cabin is often not on your route. We check that before we quote you.
Hotels

A company that moves staff every week and a family of nine that travels once a year need the same thing. In both cases several people are on one trip and have to arrive together, with the bookings joined up. We handle both, and neither needs a separate department.
